One of the most mysterious animals today is the so-called Chupacabra. Of course, you can remember the monster living in the depths of Loch Ness, but in terms of its popularity today, it is the chupacabra that is significantly ahead of the potential plesiosaur named Nessie.

Mysterious Chupacabra - "a hero of our time"

The name of this semi-mythical creature comes from two words - "chupa" (to suck) and "kabra" (goat). Contrary to its name, the Chupacabra is not a "sucking goat" at all. In general, whole legends have already been formed about this mysterious animal, which, in terms of their popularity, have bypassed even the famous Loch Ness monster.

Chupacabra, without any exaggeration, can be called "the hero of our time." This animal can be seen both in photographs and in videos. It is, of course, too early to speak about the reliability of these materials. And yet, people who know what a Chupacabra looks like claim that this is a real native of nightmares.

Mysterious animal chupacabra - fiction or reality?

According to eyewitnesses, domestic goats become victims of the Chupacabra, from which it sucks blood. Hence its name. For a more objective picture, it is worth noting that not only goats, but also sheep and cows become victims of this creature.

Today, the theory of the origin of this mysterious creature has become a whole legend. The boundaries between myth and reality are already blurred. Although some skeptics, who claim to have seen this strange creature with their own eyes, consider him not from nightmares, but from Chernobyl. However, these guesses are refuted by the fact that the first chupacabras, according to the recorded evidence, were not seen near Chernobyl or in Pripyat, but in Puerto Rico in the middle of the last century.

In 2000, the Chupacabra was seen not only by Puerto Ricans, but also by the Spaniards. Since that time, rumors began to spread that the mysterious creature was somehow phenomenally multiplying and settling all over the planet.

Today in Russia several cases of the mysterious death of domestic sheep, turkeys, cows and, of course, goats have been officially recorded and attested. For example, residents of the Orenburg region, who claim to have seen this creature, describe it as a fox without hair, bouncing as it moves along the ground.

Chupacabra attack

The documented version of the attack on the sheep by an unknown creature dates back to 1996. Dr. Soledad de la Peña, who performed an autopsy on one of the sheep, confirmed the absence of signs of rigor mortis. According to her, this sheep was completely bled.

Most eyewitnesses claim that chupacabras are humanoid creatures of small stature, having a huge disproportionate body head with large black eyes, and emitting a nauseating odor.

The doctor reports that even the internal organs of the sheep did not contain a drop of blood. There were no signs of decomposition either. Soledad de la Peña officially recorded two 7 mm diameter holes symmetrical with respect to each other. They were located on sheep's skin in the chest area.

According to Dr. Peña, the Chupacabra is a completely intelligent creature that is completely unknown to science today. She advised to forget about all sorts of prejudices and not judge anything ahead of time.
