Step 1
As a rule, the background determines the overall impression of the design of the entire aquarium. Today, the most popular and widespread design method is the use of photo compositions. They are made on a durable film depicting various kinds of underwater landscapes - stones, algae, branchy snags, etc.

After choosing and purchasing the photo composition you like, you can start decorating the background in the aquarium. First, thoroughly clean its rear window from dirt and dust. This can be done with a sponge and glass cleaner.
Step 3
Then let the glass dry and apply special glue to it. Any pet store will help you find the right brand of glue. Apply the glue strictly over the entire glass surface. Do not forget to grease the corners more thoroughly so that during operation the film does not come off and does not deform. Do this with the special spatula provided with the adhesive.
Step 4
Take a pre-sized background, gently attach it to the back of the aquarium, smooth it over the entire surface with precise and quick movements.
Step 5
Don't worry if the background didn't lay flat on the first try. You can repeat the whole procedure again by peeling it off and leveling it. After the background is glued, remove air bubbles with a spatula and smooth out small folds. Do this slowly, moving from the center to the edges.
Step 6
Carefully remove any glue that appears around the edges with a sponge. After that, tape the background with tape around the entire perimeter. Everything. The procedure is over. Mount an aquarium and launch your favorite fish there.
