Some effective drugs cannot be bought at a pet store at all: "Cyodrin", "Prosoptol". These medicines are available in the form of a spray, which is very convenient. They can be buried in adults and kittens.
"Ivomek" is a medicine designed to remove ticks from kittens. It is injected under the skin with 200 micrograms per kilogram of weight. When buying drugs, it is imperative to clarify the age of the individual, individual characteristics, the presence of other diseases. Treatment should be carried out three times every 6 days. This is due to the life cycle of the ear mite.
Disease prevention
You need to protect your pet from contact with stray animals that are carriers of the infection. At home, you should take off your shoes at the doorstep, and often wash the floors with antibacterial agents. As a preventive measure, it is necessary to bury special ear drops that can be used for kittens and pregnant cats.
