If some time ago the cat living in your house rolled around, then the kittens who have already turned one and a half to two months need to look for new owners. Alternatively, you picked up an abandoned kitten on the street, but for some reason you cannot keep it. The important thing is that you need to give one or several kittens in good hands, and it is better not to pull with this, because it will be more difficult to attach a teenage cat than a baby.

Instructions

Step 1

Before looking for a kitten of owners, make sure that it is completely healthy. Be sure to proglist the baby and, if necessary, wash him with shampoo for fleas and other external parasites. If otherwise your kittens are vigorous, agile and playful, then there is no urgent need to visit a veterinarian and vaccinate animals before looking for new owners; they are quite capable of doing it on their own if they wish.

Step 2

Ask someone you know who is interested in photography to photograph the kittens. Before that, comb the babies' hair, wipe their eyes and noses with them, take care of a contrasting - it is better if it is monochromatic - background for shooting. Most often, kittens are not afraid of strangers, and your friend with a camera will not prevent them from behaving as usual - playing with a ball or brothers and sisters, yawning and stretching affectionately, and lying on their backs with their paws up. Bright high-quality photos will definitely help you find future owners for your kids.

Step 3

Place announcements on the search for new owners for kittens on the Internet, as well as on message boards in veterinary hospitals and pet stores. Do not use the banal “give kittens” as an accompanying text to the photo; try to see some zest in each of the kids and write about this in your ad. It's good if the kittens already have names: this emphasizes their individuality. “A two-month-old sunny-red prankster Timofey, who loves playing with a ball and drinking warm milk more than anything else, is looking for a new family. Affectionate and playful baby is accustomed to the litter box, eats everything”- these are the ads that attract the attention of potential kitten owners. If there are several kittens, then use a separate ad for each of them to find the owner, because the attention of people is usually attracted by a specific animal.

Step 4

Do not give a kitten away without first talking to its future owner. Find out if it will be costly for him to keep the animal, if there are other animals and small children in the house that can offend or even injure the baby. After talking for a few minutes, you will be able to form an opinion about a person and distinguish the one who really surrounds the kitten with care and love, from the irresponsible would-be owner, for whom the establishment of the animal is nothing more than a moment's whim. Exchange phone numbers with the new "parent" of your kitten in order to be able at first to check how the baby is doing in the new family. Keeping in touch with you will probably be convenient for the owner himself, because he may have some questions about caring for the animal.
