You need to feed the kids 3-4 times a day and give 250 ml of milk at a time.
Step 2
From two to three weeks, the kids are placed in a nursery with juicy hay, a mash of bran and taken out to graze on fresh grass.
Step 3
From four months, the kids are transferred to a common herd and fed in the same way as adult goats. Up to four months, it is imperative, in addition to feed, to give 750 ml of milk divided into portions.
Step 4
The diet of adult goats should be very varied, especially in the autumn-winter period. In summer, the main food is fresh pasture grass.
Step 5
In winter, the diet of one goat should contain at least 2 kg of hay, turnips - 4 kg, birch brooms - 1 kg, half a kilogram of bran, 250 g. cake, 2 gr. salt, 15 ml of chalk and bone meal.
Step 6
They also give silage if it has been properly laid and stored properly, does not have a putrid odor. Silage is given in small doses, gradually increasing to 3 kg per day.
Step 7
Be sure to give a grain mash and chopped root vegetables.
Step 8
Goats are fed 3 times a day, strictly at the same time.
